What should expect working with you?

Likely similar to how you like to work with your clients, I do ask for a key or primary contact person(s) who I will be coordinating with. We will also have a phone or zoom planning meeting(s) to make sure we understand the details of your project and the deliverables and timelines.
At the end of the day I truly view it as my job is to help you and your company.

What or how do you deliver photos to us?

Your finished business and branding photos will be delivered to you online via a gallery tool or file-sharing tool, deepening on the nature of the project or your needs. We may utilize a proofing gallery with you for final selections prior to final edits, typically with team or headshot photos.
Additionally we do provide a number of options for finished artwork for your office or places of business as well such as wall art, table top art and books or albums, as well as our Quantum Business Card Solution.

What areas do you serve?

I am happy to work with your business both here locally in the Washington DC Metro area as well as throughout the United States and Internationally. If your project requires travel we will included reasonable travel and time costs.

What Are Standard Payment Terms?

We do request a retainer when the project is agreed upon, this is so that we may hold the date(s) and we do not schedule other work for them. It also allows us to begin planing and processing on your project.
Final payment is due when your photographs are delivered to you. Payments are accepted via credit card, check or cash and a paid in full invoice is provided for your accounting.

How long does it take to get our photos?

Depending on the nature of your event or project, the delivery time may vary. For corporate event work our goal is to return your photos within 3 business days so you may use them in your post event social media and such.
For branding or headshot work where there is often selection of proofs and additional editing and retouching this is often project specific but our goal is 5 business days after selections are completed.
